Hello, I'm Alicia

I'm so glad you're here! I am originally from a rural town in Northern California, where I learned a deep appreciation and love of nature and the calm it brings. After working as a civil engineer in Arizona, my own healing journey led me to discover my true calling — helping others through therapy — and ultimately brought me to beautiful Colorado. The highs and lows of my life have shaped my empathy and my belief in the power of connection and growth. I bring that perspective into every session, meeting clients with authenticity, compassion, and curiosity.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me outdoors hiking, reading in the sunshine, or practicing yoga. I also love spending time with my husband, our three dogs, family, and friends — often at concerts or cheering at sporting events!

My Therapeutic Approach

At the heart of my approach is authenticity and compassion. I believe that genuine relationships are the foundation of healing, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe to be vulnerable and real. Drawing from Narrative and Experiential therapies, I aim to help you rewrite your story, strengthen your relationships, and move toward personal growth with clarity and intention.
